1: Overview
The series of submersible three-screw pumps is a small-volume, low-noise, low-efficiency, high-life, long-life lubricating oil delivery product specially developed for lubrication equipment based on market demand. It is produced in accordance with B/ design. It consists of a driving screw and two driven screws that are meshed with each other and fixed in a bushing. The screw profile is composed of a double-headed cycloid and arc tooth shape. The screw pair and bushing are installed in the pump body. When the driving screw rotates under the driving of the prime mover, the main and driven screws form a sealed cavity under a certain meshing spiral surface length. The driven screw is pushed by the conveyed liquid medium to rotate due to the pressure difference on both sides of the spiral surface. At this time, the conveyed liquid enters the pump. The suction port enters the sealing chamber evenly and continuously along the axial direction, and smoothly and without agitation reaches the discharge chamber from the pump suction chamber, thereby achieving the function of transporting liquid media.

Five application scopes

The series is widely used in the transmission of various media with lubrication or partial lubrication requirements and no solid particles, such as:
Lubricant liquid: hydraulic oil , mineral oil, machine oil, lubricating oil, quenching oil, gear oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, water glycol, crude oil, animal and vegetable oil, etc.

Installation of six pumps
Before installing the pump, check the coaxiality of the pump and the motor, and turn the coupling by hand to see if there is any sticking.
If a single pump needs to be assembled with the motor, the key and keyway of the pump head should be deburred. engine oil, and then install the pump coupling on the pump shaft
When installing the oil suction and oil discharge pipes of the pump, their pipe diameters must not be smaller than the pump's oil suction and oil discharge diameters. The oil suction pipes must not be too long or have too many turns. Otherwise, the working performance of the pump will be affected
All pipeline gate valves, etc. should be flushed before installation, otherwise the residues during installation: such as welding slag, rigid particles, nuts, screws, etc. will damage the internal parts of the pump and affect the performance of the pump. Pump operation and service life

After assembly, the coupling should be able to be easily rotated by hand
